Last week we shot for, among others, Glory Days Grill again. We had several dishes and some drinks to shoot, including the Glory Burger. Starting with the bun on the bottom, then fried onion straws, half pound burger, BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese, and then the coup de gråce, a fried egg. All topped with the required lettuce, tomato and onion. If it sounds over the top it is. If it sounds delicious, it is. Tony their culinary director made our food stylist and I one for lunch and let me tell you, it’s wonderful. If you’re in the GDG service area make it a point to try it, then make an appointment with you trainer.
