New images for Jerry’s Seafood
Those of you not from Maryland may not be familiar with the concept of the crab cake – so by way of education let me say that they’re made from crab meat (blue, not dungeness) egg, spices and as little bread filler as possible. Usually about the size of a hockey puck, they’re either deep fried, pan fried or broiled. Jerry’s sells a crab cake they call the Crab Bomb. It’s about the size of a softball! That’s big.

Desserts for Village Bakery Cafe in Chestertown
I had an opportunity to work with a great agency in Chestertown, MD recently. We spent a day at a bakery in town there shooting all kinds of wonderful products.

Client: Village Bakery Cafe
Agency: Benchworks
A long day that was a lot of fun
We’re so often bombarded by the notion that “good enough” is acceptable. When you get to shoot a job for a client that really understands what it takes to get it done right – you embrace it. Anytime I can spend a few hours making something perfect for a client is a good day. Shot for David Iatesta Co.
