One of our regular clients, Jerry’s Seafood Restaurants, is launching a new fast casual concept of crab cake restaurants. They’ve brought in a tremendous executive chef and the first location should open in Annapolis (of course) this winter.

Cool Mint
When things get slow (and they have) I like to take some time and noodle around in the kitchen and studio and see what I can come up with. This latest pairing came to me in a Robitussin stupor. (summer colds are the worst.) What a great job I have, even when hard a work on product development I still get to eat well.
Something new
So in my continued quest to make cool stuff I made a sandwich. This was intended to be something completely different but it wasn’t working out so I went in another direction. When the actual shooting gets to be slow I try hard to set up the equipment and do a couple of test shots. I find that if I don’t shoot something cool for a while I become a real jerk.
